prioritizing the wellness of one person can cause a ripple effect out into the community benefiting the community as a whole and increasing wellness for those that are important in our lives

Wellness Priority: Cultivating Community Wellness

At our office, we firmly grasp that people are at the core of everything we do. We recognize the importance of individual wellness and understand that by caring for the well-being of each person, a remarkable butterfly effect can take place. When we prioritize the health and happiness of our practice members, it not only improves their lives but also extends its positive impact to their spouses, kids, family, friends, and even the wider community. By nurturing a culture that values and supports each individual's wellness, we hope to create a ripple effect that spreads far beyond our office walls, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those connected to our office.

Practice Values

  1. Individual worth: Validate the worth of every individual, recognizing their unique needs, experiences, and goals in chiropractic care and overall wellness.

  2. Empowerment: Empower individuals to take control of their physical health and mental fitness, encouraging them to make informed decisions and take proactive steps towards well-being.

  3. Education: Educate people about health, stress management, and the benefits of chiropractic care, enabling them to make informed choices and understand the value of incorporating chiropractic into their overall wellness plan.

  4. Inspiration: Inspire individuals to be their best selves, both inside and out, by promoting holistic well-being and encouraging the pursuit of optimal health through chiropractic care.

  5. Health-conscious choices: Encourage individuals to make better health choices, supporting them in making informed decisions and taking positive actions towards their well-being, while acknowledging that progress is made one step at a time.

  6. Incremental progress: Stimulate individuals to strive for better health by embracing small, sustainable changes and recognizing that each positive step contributes to long-term improvements in their well-being.

  7. Awareness and improvement: Instill awareness in individuals about their current state of health and the potential for positive changes through chiropractic care, helping them understand how regular maintenance spinal checks can lead to improved brain-body communication by removing the interference caused by physical, emotional, and chemical stress.

  8. Journey to health: Emphasize the principle that good health is an ongoing process, requiring consistency and maintenance physically, emotionally, and chemically. Highlight that being healthy is a lifelong journey rather than a destination.

  9. Community impact: Have a positive impact on the community and people's lives by uplifting individuals through chiropractic care and overall wellness, inspiring them to share their positive experiences and knowledge, thereby creating a ripple effect of well-being and support within the community.

  10. Preserving independence: prioritize good health as the essence of everything. Excellent health is the key to independence, happiness and the freedom to engage in activities you love, maintain relationships with family and friends and reduce financial burden by lowering overall healthcare costs.

  11. Inclusion: Creating a non-judgmental space where individuals are accepted for who they are, supporting them at their current wellness stage, and genuinely desiring to assist everyone on their unique health journey.

I have been in practice for over 20 years. I did my undergraduate work at Kennesaw State and graduated from Life University (Chiropractic school) with my doctorate in 1998. My preference is to be adjusted gently, so I choose to use gentle adjusting techniques in my practice. When it comes to healthcare providers, I am personally the most comfortable with a female doctor. Therefore, it is my goal to be a provider that especially encourages other women to feel comfortable and welcome in my office. My personal values include humor, compassion, directness, authenticity, inclusiveness and respect.

When not caring for patients, I am caring for my two spoiled Chinese Crested dogs. They are like my children! Dogs are my absolute favorite and I believe they deserve the best life!

I appreciate your faith in me and will do my best to help you along your journey towards better health!
